Shopping for groceries wasn't particularly Robbie's favorite thing in the world to do. However, he'd gladly do it three times a day if it meant avoiding his mother's lectures about not talking to strangers and how important it is for your health to have a clean house. Robbie loved his mother to death, but she was always going to treat him like a kid as long as they were living under the same roof. That was something he dreaded having to deal with for the rest of his life, because he had no intention of moving out. His mother was all he had, and he was all his mother had left. He wouldn't abandon her like that. Her mind was slightly missing in action these days, and he wouldn't abandon her like that. They both went through a lot. Picking through the heads of lettuce, Robbie finally found one worth calling perfect and put it into the cart. He was very picky when it came to buying vegetables and fruit. If anything even had a spec on it that wasn't the usual color, he considered it no good. It just grossed him out is all. Thinking of putting something rotten in his mouth made his stomach get a shaken-up feeling. Robbie sighed, being extremely bored and moved onto the junk-food section of the store. Although it wasn't too healthy, he considered it a necessity. After all, chocolate did have a funny way of making people smile. Back when he was in elementary school and had the emotional capacity to hit on girls, he would buy boxes of chocolate for them on Valentine's Day and it was an instant win. Still, that was when days were simple. Robbie picked up another item, this time a pack of Hersey's bars, and put it into the cart. Wow, shopping was seriously boring. He wondered how old people could manage spending all of their time in a store like this seeing as how it took them so many hours to shop and they always had to come back for something else the next day. Thinking about that made Robbie decide that when he did manage to get old, he was just going to quit eating. He couldn't imagine spending any more time then he had to in a grocery store unless he was ignoring lectures. Robbie walked over to the condiments section a picked up a glass bottle of pickles. He began reading the back to make sure they weren't processed badly or something like that. Nope, everything seemed okay. Just as he was about to put them into the cart, he dropped them on the floor. The glass shattered into pieces, and pickle juice soaked his moccasins. "Great," Robbie spoke, waiting for somebody to notice. I wanted to get something up for this site, but there weren't a lot of good spots where nobody was and I felt like being different and posting in a new place. lol

Since Rose had moved away from her family she now had alot more responsibilities. Well obviously she now had to find a way to pay rent as well as her cellphone bill and of course food. She could go back to her old ways but she wanted to get away from working on the street. It was a very dirty job and her "customers" wern't always the nicest. Rose had upto three thousand dollars left in her account.
She figured that was a good start until of course she had a job then her money would just keep growing. Until that time she needed to use her money wisely so of course going to the clubs every night wasn't a good idea but she was very bored. She walked into the grocery store with her list of things she wanted and a bunch of coupons. Two things she had never used before so it should be an interstering trip. Rose wanted to spend less then two hundred dollars in this trip so she had to watch her money carefully.
She wanted to be one of those extreme couponer people but she wasn't that serious about saving money so she didn't see a point to it. Rose grabbed a shopping cart and started the sooner she was done the better. Rose grabbed the bread, milk, eggs and of course sausage. She noticed that pickels were on sale, and she had a coupon for them as well. She didn't eat them on a regular basis.
Sometimes randomly in the middle of the night she would wake up and go get a pickle. So she decided since they were on sale now she might as well get a jar. She noticed some guy drop a jar on the floor and it broke " Well thankfully the staff will clean that up" She told the guy as she walked around him and picked up her own jar with a smirk and put it in her cart.

Robbie jumped a little when the women spoke to him. He didn't think anyone had seen that. Most people would be embarrassed, but he just wasn't that type of person. He laughed a little at his own stupidity though. He was used to making clumsy mistakes, it was sort of his thing lately. "Yeah," Robbie smirked. "But I don't see anyone rushing to it."Robbie was implying that the staff here were kind of lazy. The guy in the produce section was sitting down, pretending to look over a list, and the girl in the bakery was reading a book. He understood that it was a small town, but he still believed they could have been doing something. For example, the guy in produce could be taking the moldy lettuce out and replacing it. After that thought, Robbie actually looked at the girl who had spoken to him. She wasn't hard on the eyes, but she seemed the type of person Robbie might not get along with. He didn't like to judge people, but sometimes it ended up a habit. Still, he tried to give people the benefit of the doubt. He was already in a so-so mood from shopping, and he was never going to see her again, so he tried not to dwell to hard on his judging. Rose laughed " Yeah well I don't think the staff cares too much" She told him honestly. Most people here just worked to work and hated it. That's not how working should be. Rose smiled at the boy maybe he could be her next fling, or maybe even more then a fling. Although Rose desperatley wanted Nate back and would do anything to get him back she still wanted to have some fun.
" I'm Rose, you are?" She asked him being polite she needed to make good impressions on people.

Robbie smirked, taking another look at the lazy staff. But then he wondered what he would be doing if he got stuck working at a job like this. He'd probably be doing the same thing over and over every single day. He didn't really feel that was a nice way to live, but there wasn't anything he could actually do about it. A small laugh escaped from his lips. He was still trying to rap his head around how different America was from Australia. He hadn't been here more then a year. Robbie smiled politely when the women told him her name. He wasn't expecting her to take two seconds out of her life to introduce herself. "I'm Robbie," he smiled. "It's a pleasure to meet you."He knew he sounded ridiculous, but he didn't care. At least he was keeping his annoying talking habits under control for once. He wasn't spitting out more words then he could swallow, and he'd prefer to keep it that way for the moment. He had a habit of scaring new people off when he acted one hundred percent like himself. Nobody liked a twenty year old who acted much younger then his age. Words! 210 Credit(s)! Lyrics By: NeverShoutNever & Template By: Me Note(s)! None

Rose smiled when the boy had introduced himself " So Robbie how long have you been in this crappy town?" Rose asked him and couldn't help be curious. If she wanted to get into his pants she had to take an interest in his life. Or at least pretend to anyway. Rose figured if she flirted alot with him it would make him more intersted in her since it had worked thus far in her life.

“I’ve only been here about a year now. I moved here from Australia. I do rather prefer Australia over America though. Most of the people are a little bit nicer.”Robbie didn’t want to seem rude, but he hadn’t managed to make many friends since moving to America. Anyone he had tried to make friends with had treated him like he was diseased or just flat out insane for even trying. He had thought you could only date in your league, not only be friends with people in your league. What was wrong with the world today? Sure he had had some troubles in Australia, but it was easier since he had grown up there. Plus, the people were sure as hell a lot smarter. “But yeah, I still don’t really know many people here. And out of all the people I have met, you’re by far the most adorable. So, maybe we could…hang out sometime?”The oh-so-charming boy-ish smile came out. He may have been being a bit ridiculous, but if he flirted a little bit, this girl might just stick around long enough to give him the time of day tomorrow. It would be nice to have someone other then his mother to talk too. Besides, it was pretty much like he was just taking care of his mother these days anyways. Rose smiled when he said he was from Australia " So that explains the sexy accent" She said giving him a wink. She had a feeling that he was from somewhere other then here all because of his accent. To her and mostly every other girl in the world accents are very good things. Rose smirked when he said she was the most adorable he had met so far " Well thank you, your pretty damn adorable yourself" She said giving him a wink. Then he mentioned hanging out.
" Sure whenever you want we can hang out, I've got my own apartment so we wouldn't have to worry about parents complaining" She told him shrugging his shoulders.

Robbie's cheeks flustered a little when she spoke about his sexy-accent. To him, it was normal, but he never thought about it the other way around. To him, Americans had the accents. They sounded like their noses were always stuffed up. This girl, however, was stunning. So, that was something he was willing to look over. "Thanks," Robbie replied with a smile. This girl was obviously around his age, seeing as how she had her own apartment. She didn't look young, but there was always a chance. And he was no where near desperate enough to take on the pedophile label. The sound of hanging out with her alone in her apartment sounded pretty good to him though. He was seriously going to have to fight off the urge to make quite a daring move though. "Sounds good, we'll fer sure have to make sure that'll happen some time soon."Wow, that sounded really lame. He was going to have to rid that whole response for him memory to get over the embarrassment of it. If she thought anything of his weirdness, he decided he was going to blame it on being Australian rather then being socially awkward at times. Ok that was a little confusing it sounded like he just blew her off. Nobody blew her off so why would this suddenly happen to her. Rose smiled and went for it again " After we've got our groceries we can go hang out, unless you have other things to do" She told him shrugging her shoulders. She looked down at her list to see that there was nothing else she needed anyway so it wouldn't be a problem to just go and pay now. If this boy was worried about making moves on her for whatever reason it's not like it would upset her.
She often wondered why people thought she was so innocent. She hadn't been innocent for many years and would proably never be innocent again.

Robbie thought about it for a moment. He really did want to hang out with this chick. She was so beautiful and seemed very friendly. Those were two very amazing qualities. The only problem was that his mother was probably waiting for him to come home so he could do all the chores she could totally do herself. She was getting very lazy in her older ages. Still, that was something Robbie felt like he could blow off. "Nah, I don't have any other plans," Robbie told. He didn't want her to think he was rude or anything like that, because he was quite the opposite. As far as he was concerned, he was the nicest person he knew. That was hard for him sometimes though. He lived his life making sure he never stepped on anyone's feelings, and that wasn't always a good thing. He needed to get over that just a little bit. He thought about making friends that were on the rude side to solve that problem. Maybe rudeness would rub off of them and onto him. As long as he didn't turn into a totally different person, he felt that could be good for him. Words! 204 Credit(s)! Lyrics By: NeverShoutNever & Template By: Me Note(s)! None

Rose smiled when he said he had nothing else to do " Sweet well finish up and I'll meet you in the parking lot" She told him as he headed towards the check out. Who knows what would happen between them but if Rose had her way it would be exactly what she wanted. No matter how much action Rose got it never felt like enough for her. Very rarely did she sleep with anybody while she was in a relationship with them but she did prefer that. That way other girls couldn't call her names.
It's not that she hated the name calling she just came back with names of her own. She paid for her groceris and it only came upto fifteen dollars after cupons and sales. She was proud of herself she walked to her car and piled the groceries into the trunk and waited for Robbie.

This was a very weird day for Robbie. He was just expecting the usual long and boring trip to the grocery store. He wasn't expecting to meet anyone. But, he took it as it went. What else could you do? When life gave you lemons, you ate them. End of story. His mind was darting in all different direction. It was hard to keep his crazy, hyper side under control. Robbie bit his lip, and some how managed to keep himself cool and calm. If this girl knew how crazy he was, she'd most likely already be gone. Robbie really didn't want that. He wasn't a pervert, but he was a male none the less. And any straight male would not pass up the opportunity to go home with a pretty woman. It wasn't like he was nine, so this was totally safe. There was no way this girl had an ax at her home, waiting to kill him or something like that. "Okay," Robbie responded. He walked off and picked up his last few things. He knew that if he didn't pick them up, his mother was going to be furious. And he really didn't need that on top of him not coming home when she expected him to. Robbie finished his shopping and walked out of the grocery store. Words! 228 Credit(s)! Lyrics By: NeverShoutNever & Template By: Me Note(s)! None

Rose patiently waited till Robbie was still in the store. She decided it would be better to sit outside her car how else would he know which was hers. She really wanted to get friends around this crappy town it might make her life worth living. Very hard to tell though.
Maybe if she had a girlfriend or boyfriend. Maybe Robbie could be her new boyfriend. Honestly she was just hoping Nate would come to his senses and come back to her but in the mean time she was going to have some fun.
