The buzz around town was all about the beach bash that was coming up. During the day it was open to families, but once the sun went down it would be restricted to people in high school and college. Addy’s mom was convinced that it would be good for her to go, but Addison had a different opinion. Unfortunately, her mom wouldn’t take no for an answer and had given Addy her credit card, telling her to buy whatever she wanted for the party.
Walking around town, Addy found herself wandering into details, the only clothing store in town. They had everything there, and the prices were somewhat reasonable! What do people where to a beach party? I would assume a bathing suit, but it’s going to be night time and wouldn’t that be a little chilly for swimming? Addison had no clue as to what to buy. She saw a lot of cute clothing, but most of the items showed a lot of skin. Addy also saw tons of shoes that she would love to have, but she knew she’d never wear them if she got them. They all had sky high heels attached and that would just be an injury in the making.
Rolling her eyes at her cluelessness, Addison let out a breath. Having Riley as a best friend was great, but sometimes having a girl around would be awesome!

A town beach bash. At first the idea seemed like a bad one, even to Celia. The idea of partying just didn't seem wise after all the mistakes she had made lately. But, after the mention of it came from her grandmother, Celia knew it couldn't be that bad of an idea. Everyone in the town would be there -kids to adults. Not much could go wrong when everyone on the block was to be there. Or, so Celia assumed. She was new to the small town thing, but she had observed that their parties were much more low-key then the ones in New York City. She was confident that she could keep control of herself for one evening.
So, the party was a go and now all that was left to do was to find an outfit. Celia wasn't certain where to begin, but she had heard mention of a small store called Details in downtown Pebble Cove. Word was that they had a large variety of things for a reasonable price. Celia figured it was worth a shot. And so, she had managed to find her way here, park her car, and venture toward the store.
Shoving open then door to the store, Celia stepped in. She slid her sunglasses to the top of her head and skimmed around the store. It was much bigger than she had expected, but there were only a few people here. She knew what she had in mind to buy, but she wasn't sure where to begin. Her eyes skimmed the various rows of clothing. Her eyes then glanced down to her phone, feeling it vibrate. Her grandmother had texted her, making sure that she had found the store okay. She started to text back, not paying attention, and collided with someone. Looking up, Celia frowned. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" She told the girl, hastily, taking a step back. Leave it to Celia. Addy stumbled when she felt someone bump into her. Catching her balance, she turned around when she heard a girl apologizing. “Oh, don’t worry about it.” Addison said with a small smile on her face. She hadn’t gotten hurt or anything, so it wasn’t that big of a deal to Addy. Taking a look at the girl’s appearance, Addy smiled slightly, maybe she could help her figure out what to buy for the beach party. “Um, I know this may sound weird, but do you think you could help me pick out some things for the beach bash? My mom gave me money to buy some new clothes, but I have no clue as to what to buy. Going to a party isn’t something that I usually do.” Addison said, mumbling the last part. This girl looked like she knew a thing or two about partying, so Addy was hopeful that she could help. “You don’t have to help if you don’t want to” Addison added quickly. If some stranger asked her to help them, she probably would help, but that doesn’t mean that this girl would help her. People are different and just because Addy would do something, doesn’t mean that others would.
