Coffee was definitely something that Troy deemed necessary for every day life. Without it he was always irritable and unhappy and he definitely didn't enjoy feeling that way. Who would? Troy had only been up and about for an hour and a half, but he could feel himself becoming irritated already. He had run out of Folger's instant coffee in his house and he was supposed to be on his way to the grocery store to pick some up, but he could tell that he wouldn't make it there on time to save himself from the withdrawal symptoms. He could feel the growing ache in his head and the light from the sun was becoming so bright that it made his head hurt even more. He would definitely need to find some sort of caffeine, and fast.
He walked along a few more blocks with the headache increasing in intensity with every moment. The sun reflecting off of his white polo wasn't doing anything at all to help his head and a frown was set into the man's face until he rounded the next corner. To his relief, he found himself standing right in front of Starbucks. He'd forgotten that it was here because he hardly ever came this way, but now it was a saving grace and he didn't hesitate to walk in as soon as he could. The sweet smell of coffee came through his nostrils and the scent alone was soothing to him. His eyes wandered up toward the menu hanging on the wall and he put his hands in his pockets while he tried to decide on what to order.
